Shipping policy

As a nonprofit, we partner with a dropshipping and other organizations to produce many of the items on our store on demand. This helps us to be the best financial stewards of the nonprofit, reduce our carbon footprint, and to provide more variety in our products. This can also mean that it may take a little longer for you to receive the items. We have included language to provide notice about this potential risk on the applicable items, but we aren't perfect. Please contact us if you do not receive any purchased items within 2 weeks of your purchase and we will do our best to facilitate the fulfillment. We are also a small nonprofit and every purchase helps us in a big way. So, we will do our best to provide the highest possible customer service in each interaction.
